Our Downtown CommunitySeattle First Covenant is located in a happening part of the city! At 400 East Pike Street, we’re blocks away from famous landmarks like Pike Place Market and the Convention Center in the Capitol Hill district, near a diverse array of restaurants, cafes and bars, small businesses, dance clubs, churches and schools, and residential neighborhoods. Not only do we enjoy being in this locations, we try to be active and part of this city community as much as possible! We intentionally support our neighborhood and its many members, including everyone from business owners to students, from the homeless population to downtown shoppers. Eat:Join us after church for coffee, tapas, burritos, or Italian food at one of our favorite local hangout spots. Church “hosts” rotate eating at local establishments after church and bring interested diners from our morning worship service with them to explore a new neighborhood spot. More information is provided during worship. Shop:Patronize some of our favorite stores and restaurants; watch for a shopping map and coupons from supportive area business owners that will be online soon! Visit the Capital Hill area during the week to buy art supplies, landscape material, get doggy care, a hair cut, or to check out a trendy clothing boutique. Partner:We work with several local and area partners in various ministries; learn more about them here:
Learn:Many schools are also in or close to our community; we have members who are students or faculty/staff from the following campuses: More Helpful Links: |
