The Place of Prayer at First Covenant

Hear my prayer, Lord;
Listen to my cry for mercy.
When I am in distress, I call to you,
because you answer me.

Psalm 86:6

Prayer is one of the most intimate experiences in a Christian’s life. To know that another person is praying for you carries with it tremendous power that provides a base of support in which one can stand. Prayer falls at the center of a congregation’s corporate life. It is the life-blood that keeps us connected when we are not physically present with one another. To assist in under-girding this vital aspect of community, we urge you to use our Prayer Line.

The Prayer Line provides a daily devotional thought along with the prayer requests of the church. To access the Prayer Line please call (206) 517-1633. If you desire prayer for some crucial issue in your life, please call the church office (206) 322-7411. One of the pastors will place the request on the line as soon as possible.

If you know of a prayer concern for another person, we ask that you first acquire personal permission from that individual to publicize their situation and request.

Questions can be directed to the Worship and Prayer Team.
